Grill Glitter Porkchops!

Porkchops are interesting because they can dry out quickly if you’re not watching them carefully. But if they are done right, they can be super juicy and delicious. These are my Grill Glitter Porkchops!

20 minutes – “From Fridge to Face”

Prepare the additional ingredients:

This recipe calls for 3-4 large, bone-in porkchops.

Now is a good time to preheat the grill to 400+F (205+C) degrees – you know your grill; we are going to sear the porkchops in the first cooking step. Prepare your station for that now.

First, separate the porkchops into a large bowl.

“Sprinkle” the 2 tbsp. of Grill Glitter evenly over the porkchops and toss vigorously until seasoned evenly. Slowly add the oil and vinegar until everything is mixed well.

With your grill hot. Sear both sides of each porkchop for 3 min.

Reduce the heat to low and cook each porkchop on both sides for 4 min or until cooked through and no longer pink. Remember “Pink Pork = Problem” 😀

“The Post Season” – The most Important part!

Sprinkle a few more shakes of Grill Glitter onto the “chops” and let them rest for 3 min.

Don’t forget to take a picture of the final product and tag me on Instagram 🙂
